HOW TO GET TO GARDEN

Bus

From Matiatia Wharf or Oneroa Village, the 502 Rocky Bay / Palm Beach bus gets you to Pope's Corner — a short walk from the garden.

    Catch the 502 at Matiatia Wharf

    At Matiatia Wharf, get on the 502 Rocky Bay / Palm Beach bus.

    Ride to Pope's Corner

    Get off at Pope's Corner bus stop, about 10–15 minutes from Matiatia Wharf. The stop is on the corner of Hauraki Road and Karaka Road — ask the bus driver to stop for you at Pope's Corner.

    Walk 150 metres along Hauraki Road

    Continue in the same direction the bus was travelling — do not turn left or right into Karaka Road — then take the first left, into Coromandel Road.

    Arrive at number 5A Coromandel Road

    The garden is a 5 minute walk (350 metres / 380 yards) from the bus stop.

 Catching the bus from Oneroa Village? Take the same 502 bus, get off at Pope's Corner and follow the directions above.
